When and if you are past looking at the Somali situation through the 'tribal' prism, then, may be, you will get my point.       abdul a @ 5/18/2017 3:47 AM EST  The UN and the International donors can't  help the Somalis forever. Most are already showing signs that they're tired of the 'Somali problems'. The solution should come from within. How? -  try to resolve our little differences and the North/South divide; change the I'm-happy-because-the-president-is-from-my-tribe mentality, look beyond your tribal region,-------.
