Mr. Raghe is making perfect sense from protocal stand point. If I was manning that check point, especially when my commander is in the vicinity, I won't let anyone in. The Amisom has resources to protect it's commanders but failed to do so. If this had happened in an American base, we would be talking about court matial of the inidivituals responsible for gaurding the vicinity. A force that can't protect it's commander is merely a fighting force--period.

I don't know where this Dude is coming from. I don't believe he is a Somali. He sounds as though this Spin is either originating from Nairobi or Addis. Most likely from Ould Abdalla's office or the AU Envoy to Somalia. Note the details of the operation indicated in the article.
