fiqicigaal @ 8/26/2013 5:38 AM EST  In my book, dismissing the case against those who r*ped the Somali women before adequate investigation is an insult to the victim and it is unacceptable. I hope they tested her for STD in case the th*gs who violated her infected her with some kind of disease, Allah forbid.
