It was take Somalis long time to understand the scheme, they are busy making sure tribe X does not get more than their own tribe. We have the trifecta blessing, ignorance, short sightedness and arrogance.

Qosolow, looks like a man working toward his personal retirement, why bother with bunch of clowns whose purpose in life is to make sure his brother loses more than he gains.

Let's atleast give him props for the territorial gains in recent weeks... And for the qosol it's part of politics but he should simmer it down a bit...

They've done more than just shaking hands, Hasan Sheikh has been bending over backwards to satisfy Uhuru Kenyata.

Hasan Sheikh: We have told the ICJ Somali territorial waters is a maritime dispute, we got Kenya's biggest ally Norway to do the submission on behalf of Somalia. We told the Somali public we are suing Kenya just to distract them so they wont know what is really going on. Somalia is the one that stands to lose everything, Kenya can only gain from the case going to ICJ and Somalia declaring it a maritime dispute.

Kenyata: Good. Now make sure nothing which shows Somalia's right is presented to ICJ, like law no. 37, so we don't have a problem. Don't bring any Somali or international expertise to assist your weakened and corrupt state while we will bring international expertise helping us to annex more Somali territory.

Let's not forget that Somalia has not officially given up its claim to territories under Kenyan and Ethiopian control. So what ever Kenya says it Somali territorial waters will still belong to Somalis. Maritime dispute? What about land dispute?
