Some may have contributed more often than the other but the matter of a fact is, they all did something negative to our Nation of Somalia a country that sheltered us equally and beautifully. Somalia was great nation and it's wheel was turning towards progress and improving at such a fast paced speed, but today it's failed state and it's people live in a national disaster. So instead of accusing or fingerpointing at each other we better figure some out real quick and decide what's good for us alltogether as one. I also think Somalis themselves have nothing to due with "Somaliland" not getting recognition. What is happening is that "Somaliland" themselves are not one on the issue of seceding. If your not one on this issue now and even succeed to get recognition we should all be wise-full to think about what's ahead. Meaning if some people within the somaliland don't really want to be part of it but being dragged by those who want the indepedence, don't you think that may create some sort of problems in the future? Also instead of wanting peaceful and stable enviornment for themselves, why can't they spread that to others and share that with their homogenous brothers anywhere in the country? See in politics there are two things when you want to decide the fate of something. One is short term solution. Meaning now and couple years from now. Second, long term solution meaning eternal or centuries layouts. For Somaliland they have achieved that short term solution and that was naming autonomous goverment until strong reliable centralized goverment occurs. But what they missing is long term solution. you said they simply want peacefully co-existing environment, but how can that be possibe when we know what destroyed Somalia is clan based gov and now Somaliland themselves are running clan affiliated system? wise person would see and  recognize the good things Somaliland have achieved and accomplished, but also should be wise enought to understand the path they on now is the same path which have eradicated the beautiful coutry of Somalia once was the icon secceess of Africa. So don't just think of being peacefull and not letting those trifle wars ongoing in the rest of the country spreading to your region, but also think about long term solution.
