Sudan Donates One Million Euros for Development in Somalia

The Foreign Minister, Ali Karti announced Sudan donation of one million Euros for boosting implementation of development projects in Somalia.
This came in his address at the International Conference on Somalia.
He said that the Somali government is in need of support from the international community to realize peace int its territories, calling for addressing to the real causes of the Somali problem.
Karti said that Sudan remained extending support to Somalia and provided more than 10,000 free of charge academic scholarships to Somali students as well as providing training opportunities of training for the Somali police and Armed Forces and assistance in the field of health and other fields.
