 Stinking-carrot!

Adeer jir-jirrole ma ihi , lkn ma fahimn erayga ah "nacay nin uu yahay" Haddii aad ka waddo qoladayda ayaa i nacday imay nicin ayaan kaa idhi.  Waxad iska dhigaysaa waddani lkn waxaan dhowr xaraf kugu tusi karaa inaanad adiga iyo kuwa sidaada oo kale u fekeraa toonaa ahayn waddani (true patriots)

Waxaan aan kuu muuninayaa in people of Somaliland yihiin true patriots arrimahan soo socda , markaa bal adigu miisaanka saar sida adiga iyo kuwa kula midka ahi u dhaqmaan.

Former Italian colony
- Kala dambayn iyo sharci kama jiro.
- Waxaa la dhoofiyaa dhirta-nool oo dhuxul laga dhigay
- Waxaa la dhoofiyaa xoolaha dhaddig iyo dadka nool
- Waxaa la bur-buriyay waddooyinkii iyo dhamman dhismayaashii dad-weynaha
- Waxaa la keenay oo la adeegsaday ajenebi, wadaad iyo wabiinba
- waxaa weli hubaysan oo dagaallamaya qabaa'lladii
- Waxaa la haystaa oo lagu jiraa hantidii dadka gaarka ahi lahaayeen.
- Waxa hubaysan dhammaan qabaa'illada.
- Wax shir ah ama isu-tanaazul ah lama yaqaanba.

Somaliland.

Markaa bal xaggeebaad ka soo gelaysaa waddaniyadda marka waddankiiba aad ku xaartay ee dadkii qixisay, guryihii iyo waddooyinkii aad bur-burisay. Adeer waxaad ogaataa waddanigu waa ka dadkiisa u tudha, bad-baadiya ee dadnta guudi ku weyntahay marka loo eegi tantiisa gaarka ah. Somaliland elite-keedu waa sidaa. Dhegayso Waraysigii laga qaaday Coloner Ibrahim Dhegaweyne iyo Colonel Ahmed Mire oo ahaa labadii sarkaal ee u sarreeyey ciidan kii SNM ee ka hortegey dulmigii adeerkaa afwyne. Yusuf-graad: " Maxaad faa'iiddeen mar haddii wixii aad u soo dagaallanteen aad illaa 1991kii bilaa camal ka tihiin? Ibrahim Dh/Ahmed Mire : "Adeer waxaa igu filan in dadkaygu ay helaan caddaalad, ammaan, xorriyad, sinnaan iyo democracy." Yousuf-graad wuxuu ka duulayay southern oriented policy oo ah "no compromise" . Dhegayso program-kii taxanaha ahaa ee voa-da ee ku aaddanaa 18 May , qaybtiisa 1aad, sida habsamida leh ee nabadaynta beelaha walaalaha ah ee adeerkaa iska hor-keenay looga shaqaynayay.

Tan goosashada adeer dee yaaba wax kaa weydiinaya, ama diid ama dillaac. Hawl kuu taalba maaha waayo dadka ay khusayso ayaa sidaa raba.

some sense with your tribal portals.

I don't care Isak or otherwise who ever who is enemy of my

Ethiopia and are planning for the disintegration of my
state. Repent and come back to the fold and then we are

As for Siyad AHUN so far, he was the ONLY official president

but that is the fact. All your uncles are nothing but less than
his shadow compared to him and I have no blood relation with him.

I see your stupidity, you only reason with clan. I don't

 Stinking-carrot!

U r the worst coward, narrow-minded and the most useless commentator in the form as far.

People have never seen u posting justified points. U always mix up thinks with lamenting that HO blocked your contribution to the forum and thus can not share with us your opinions, what kind of idea and opinion u can expose. your brain has stopped working as the same day u lost your feeder, Afweyne.

HO is the most neautral and without daubt the best somali-speakin/writtníng website. This artcle has nothing to do with Isaaqs and/or Somaliland, rather is about Great Somalia.

To disolve somalia into Somalia and Somaliland is not as big crime as we teared The Holly-qur'an appart. They both can live together side by side having together common intrest like gulf-countries

My question to u is " why are u envy, agitated and angry with Isaaqs? What have they done to you personally?

is it that they spite on u when u hanged around your stinking, because stinking carrot is not funny.
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:53 AM EST
Seriously, the more i read HOL the more I think they are
in bed with the secessionist! Are you for real guys?
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:49 AM EST
For Is*k land however, that day 26 June is the beginning
of their end, as their beloved Europeans left the scene!
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:49 AM EST
At least in Borame, 26 th june was celebrated
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:48 AM EST
Got it! it is that month.
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:47 AM EST
ooh now I figure it out. I can't say the month of M*Y
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:47 AM EST
lol I wonder what is going ..I can't say 26th June?
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:45 AM EST
Hol seems reading my mind. It won't allow me to add a
word or two to my message below!
    Stickorcarrot @ 7/4/2011 11:06 AM EST

Siyad Barre is gone. 20+ years since he left the scene.
Invoking his name now to justify what is going on in
Somalia is just futile exercise.
    fiqicigaal @ 7/4/2011 5:30 AM EST
There can be so many “ifs” and “buts” about the failed state of Somalia and the countless tangles it conceals.

We can stretch the ‘ifs’ from year dot to the current dooms day and no one can claim innocent in totalitarian Somalia  and of all the bad things that happened to poor Somalis during and after Siyad’s regime.

Yes, we have every reason to celebrate the big day and I was so exited that I captured it on camera – celebrating 51 years is a very big day. Regardless of the situation I wouldn’t change it for the whole world. I feel sense of belongingness with it.

    momo519 @ 7/3/2011 9:07 PM EST

:)

You are right. I'm one of those people who believe that Siyaad Bare is responsible for the mess we are in.

But that does not mean the rest aren't accountable for their actions!

There are many "ifs" that I can share with you;

What if Siyaad Bare died in that 1986 car accident, Somalia would probably be in a better position.

What if Siyaad Bare accepted the manifesto proposal and transfered power peacefuly in December 1990!

What if Siyaad Bare did not appoint his family and friends into positions of power during his brief 21 years of power?

What if Siyaad Bare did not send Mareehaan children to serve in Somali embassies around the world? (Farmaajo is one of those children).

What if Siyaad Bare did not single out to destroy Isaaqs and MJs?

What if...

If one of those ifs wouldn't be ifs, Somalia would have been in a better position!

    biyo-kulule @ 7/3/2011 4:55 PM EST
 Momo519!

U made me laugh. Do Marreehan still praise and worhip Afweyne and his Kacaan. I think u r joking. The would rather be ashamed to be related with person. He is the only person many bebleive to responsible for all what is happening or has happened in Somalia. They should distans themselves from him like Abdulkadir SHire Farah. author
    momo519 @ 7/3/2011 4:09 PM EST

I don't celebrate for it!

But I have celebrated in the past for other occasions!

In the past, I have joined with my Somalilanders family and friends celebrating for their separation from Somalia and it was a truly genuine celebration and most of the Isaaqs were very enthusiastic about it!

In the past, I have also joined with my Rahanweyn family and friends celebrating for their victory over Hussein Aidid and his Habargidir's brutal occupation in Bay & Bakool region!

In the past, I have joined with my MJs family and friends celebrating for the birth of Puntland!

In the past, I have joined with my Abgaal family and friends celebrating for their victory over Habargidir militia in Mogadishu!

I was disappointed when I heard that there was no celebration for the birth of the Galmudug State!

In recent past, I have celebrated with my Mareehaan friends for the annual gathering of the October 21st nostalgia!

It is party for business. Period. HA HA HA HA HA !!!!!!!! Dadkayga oo dhimanayaan u dabaaldegaayaa!!
Dadkiisoo dewersanayaan doolar qubayaa. madfacoo ku da'ayaan dalxiis qooqayaa.
    nuunow @ 7/2/2011 11:22 AM EST
Celebration for the Independence Day is a way to show that Somalia still exists as a free, independent and sovereign country and that there will be brigther days ahead of us (Insha Allah), despite the on-going conflict and futile civil war.

Perhaps that is the answer to the question raised by the writer?
    biyo-kulule @ 7/2/2011 5:07 AM EST
 Very intresting question.

I  think that the 1 July celebration has nothing to do with our patriotism, but it's a downright empty enthusiastic behavior that we have. We act simply without thinking carefully the outcome of what we do and that is why we celebrate an independence which  ended up in the ditch for a long time ago.

You do not need to  celebrate and honor of laughter, music and dance at a country that stands on his knees, but what u need is to fights for to save it with dedication, determination and action.

The writer is a very clever and intelligent writer.
    somalipeace10 @ 7/2/2011 1:52 AM EST
It is a very good question, why are we celebrating in rented houses around the world?
I think we do not understand that the best way to celebrate our independence from the colonial rule is to build our state and bring our people together- the purpose of the independence itself.
However people seem to be engaged in sympolic singing and dancing. Though I understand the significance of that coming together as a reminder, but we need to do more, otherwise it is meaningless.
    nomadic1 @ 7/1/2011 9:04 PM EST
There is no point celebrating in public for a doomed independence when its so obvious that most Somalis are privately engaged in destroying their country.
    nomadic1 @ 7/1/2011 8:50 PM EST
Indhacade's generosity towards the IDPs i guess!
