"t's time to dissolve the whole parliament, cause none of them look the interest of Somali nation remember they came all 4.5 system."

How did the SFG and regional administrations came about?

Remind us who formed the SFG?

Also, tell us how the next government in the forthcoming s/election will be formed? Is it not going to be  based on 4.5?

As for not looking after the nations interest, NONE of them are.

So dissolve all of them, including the SFG and regional administrations.

"All expressed their commitment to the swift
endorsement of the necessary electoral bill, and to fulfil their previous commitments to endorse the
National Leadership Forum’s unanimous agreement on the 2016 electoral process model."

And they all took an oath to abide by the constitution and act in the interest of the nation.

But alas, they don't keep their promises.

Breaking their promise to god and the Somali is one thing but breaking their promise to the EU is unimaginable.

For you see, the EU thinks it created the universe and everything in it and has power over all things.

The West constantly complain why the agreements reached by a few corrupt politicians accepted by the Federal Parliament and Somali public.

They don't ask why Somali leaders reach unworkable and conflict riddled agreements.

You'd have to be mad not to have seen this coming.

They say, the prove of the pudding is in the eating.

The key to any successful agreement is the details and for all parties to respect it.

But in this case, we are not merely talking about an agreement by 8 men.

This agreement requires approval from many people, above all the parliament as constitutional representative of the people and legislative branch to be seen as legitimate and succeed.

Currently, what is happening now is NLF and the Electoral Commission of the Federal Parliament are discussion the sticking points in the s/election plan.

This is exactly what should have happened from the beginning.

The problem with the deal by the gang of eight, is that it was about what they wanted rather what the people want.

This is what always happens when leaders make decisions that is in their interest rather than the nation.

If the Federal Parliament and the people weren't excluded from participating in the election plan process, then the approval of the deal would have much more simple.

The West believe their backing virtually guarantees any agreement regardless what's actually in the agreement or whether it cause conflict or confusion.

It doesn't seem to matter to them if it's unconstitutional, immoral (exclusion of Millions of people in  Benadir) and fraudulent (NLF gave themselves the power to appoint candidates and final signature in s/election of MPs).
