abdi mashkuur @ 4/13/2015 12:09 PM EST  The international humanitarian law prohibit the proposed action as it will expose the refugee uncalled for harm and discomfort. UNHCR should resist this sabre-rattling and defend the right of defenseless people. Of course when the time is right and this people have a chance of survival in their own country there will be no need and will depart voluntarily, so until such time they have to stay where they are now because all the area that they would be returned are not safe, or without basic infrastructure.
