 Come on. They will never accept a leaders who is not one of theirs. Why do you think they never stopped fighting for sixteen years when others in Somaliland and Puntland moved on? Its simply because they have not reached their goals yet. But then again, does anyone think they will ever succeed? I don't.

 itis a great unfortunate and regretful for the somali pple to here from some some people who are adding their comments onthis page, that mr duale is talking the truth and is fighting for the total security and order for somlia.

as for me: mr dualle has titled his repor THE MIRACLES OF HARGAISA AND MOGASHIO, shouldnt that indicate he is inclined to tribolism and IRIRISM and all bad things that we cant utter on such pages.

yuusuf must be respected as the head of state and we must gueue our self on his back so that he might better able to restore law and order for the divastated sate of somalia.

I am sorry to say this to the great writter:
Walaal, Xamar never went without a gun shot! If I can recall, there was a fight for over a month before the wadaad took over!!
And as for Somaliland...did u guys not "steal" land from other clans by the gun?
Walaal, in somalia/somaliland, one had to use some sort of violence in order to take power!! It is the works after the power struggle that matters/ peace in somaliland, and hopefully peace in Xamar.
As for the puntland issue, people please remember that the writters here are 90% against the DAROOD goverment, therefore will ignore/insult/erase them.
How to fight? Simple...do the Yusuf dance....kill them all!!! LOL! Just joking!!

 try to edit your responses of unnecessary material before attempting to impress us with your insight. the article was tasteless. not once did i come across you mention the great region of Puntland. those people work hard to have the freedon they have today for the last past 16 year while the south was violant.  and no Abdullahi yusuf and his little dogs have nothing for our region.

 what a man with a vision? I wish every single Somali
was this nationalist and not opportutist like those
in baido. I certainly agree with Duale on the issue
that we need time table for Somalia to get together
and put their difference aside which would mean
states like Somaliland, and southern Somalia now
islamic courts need time to develop their own
securities, improve healthcare, education, and
get this people realized tribe is what put us there
and change their mentally of proud tribe to proud
Somali and nationalist. Even thought putland still
stands after 16 years of not sucking each other is
blood but one man show thing, they need to learn
a lesson from Somaliland and fellow the footsteps of
islamic courts. Then share those common goals with
these two other parts where some time we should say
about 5 to 15 yrs we meet again and see what we
can do at that time and have a strong nation with
law based on sharia where basically people rule not
one  "grotesque congregation of greedy opportunists,
buffoons, criminals, charlatans, con artists,
frauds, semi-educated fakes, imposters and other
unsavory characters does not lead to a civilized
society" Because when people rule we end up like
the united states, and Iran, however, when uneducated,
opportuntist, bloodshed loving like those in Baido
we end up like Somalia.

how should you ignore a whole community in puntland state, you must have based your view on social prejudice and sero wisdom thinking.

please when writing agian avoid to ignore the ruling clans and the totallt the powerful and richest regions and most civilized communities who have trade ties with even developed world.like puntland.

 The author has tackled the issues with well guided thoughts.

Although it is hard to measure ‘miracles’ but what happened in southern Somalia can only be described as miracle since a change had occurred beyond one’s imagination. Who has imagined those warlords would be exiled from the country in a short period of time?
It is unprecedented to witness a union of Somalis regardless of tribe and race under a united group.  It is time to work towards strengthening that force and avoid any thing that may undermine that unity.

As for the caraweelo and Abdik:

Caraweelo and Abdik are the same person, who has multiple personalities, and I mean in real life too.

One time this person feels like a woman, while other times this person is supposedly a guy!

One time it's tribalism and Abdullahi-Yusufism (in the case of Caraweelo), and other times it's "I lost my land and I'm so weak and girly I can't get it back" in the case of Abdik

Unable to know his or her real identity, this person continues to be confused not only on the issues discussed here but on his or her gender as well.

 J Dualeh you're a miracle yourself please keep posting. We need people with political wisdom and vission to guide the Somali masses here and there and everywhere we live. I think you're one of them though i don't agree with everything that you have said 80% of it are good enough from the debating point of view and therefore healthy
