You are right this his family members are enjoying peaceful AFUR in Hargeysa, but guess what!!!! no body I mean nobody dares to such brilliant question. I don't know people are acting stupidly when they hear godane pay order and that is sickness and barbaric       xidig10 @ 7/18/2014 5:29 PM EST  What benefit can Godane possibly get from killing Baasto? Baasto has zero power within JIA. But then again Godane is now targeting family members of government soldiers/employees while his own family lives peacefully in Hargeysa. It is just a matter of time before someone takes revenge and targets his family. Remember in Somalia if you give someone $300 and and asks them to kill someone, they will happily do it.
