Let me guess, who will say no to this first: 1- Majeerteen 2- Habar gidir Beneferies, those who live highly densely populated area, specially accross the two rivers, farmers, raxan weyn, abgaal.     Abdi mashkuur @ 11/16/2019 11:42 AM EST   When the elections come they will say, oh ... what.... we aren't ready.... I thought you saiidd.... Government is determined to do the necessary things but the opposition is just waffling as usual.
