Every where I go I see Zoomalians talking about oil prospects and asking me money to contribute towards shares. How many years have they been doing the same and what result?

Please invest in clean water and flip-flops/shoes making cos that will be useful to the natives. Oil needs good people with brains and understanding, Zoomalians only know how to steal money and run to a foreign country.
