FiqiJin @ 6/28/2016 3:44 PM EST   90% of all IC resources, including AMISOM boots, is located in Mogadishu. Also thousands of Somali security forces are there. Yet, what is essentially a government of Mogadishu only cannot secure Mogadishu! What gives? How come Mogadishu cannot be secured, that explosions, firing mortars and or gun fires by Al-Shabab (or some group?) are routine! Hassan Sheikh government has been in place for 4 years now. Why can't he secure this one city with all the resources afforded and available to him? He should resign for being a total failure on security!
