Unfortunately you failed to learn the more important lessons from Somaliland: reconciliation, grassroots democracy not one created by British diplomats in Ugandan tanks paid for with American dollars. If you cannot agree on craeting some sort of administration for that tse-tse fly infested village called Kismayo how can you ever create an administration for the rest of the Wallaweynland? However on this I am with the Culusow government. Darod immigrants have no more right to Kismayo than Hawiye immigrants. Hold talks for all clans including Darod immigrants and create an administration from grassroots up. Ask us if you need help on how to do this because clearly all that Moofo has turned your brains into ugali.
