This is Somali problem and we should solve it as such. Dhibaatada ina haysata daya ee aan leenahay waxa IGAD tiri anaa si wacan u fahmay iyo qoladaa kale fahamtay. Dowladda & Jubba administration should ignore fadhi-ku dirir mentality and face this challenge face on and solve the problem.
