A Awad @ 1/16/2015 9:49 PM EST  The newly elected PM is still at cross roads trying to nominate his own cabinet. I don't think his government is ready to help any draught-stricken regions like BAKOOL ANY TIME SOON! The government has it's own problems right now. The public is on it's own, at least, for now!     fiqicigaal1 @ 1/16/2015 11:18 AM EST  Very sad story.
