My question to the Star is why Kenyans starting from Uhuri chew khat.? That would easily replace the lost revenue from UK and Somalia. My advise to the Somaliland administration  is to ban khat the country needs that hard currency for its development. The whole of ProJect Pan Somalia is why Somaliland became part of Somalia so that the other three Somali regions could join later. These regions are Djibouti, NFD and Ogaden. Keeping somalilnd forcibly united with Somalia may actually eventually work as disillusionment with Ethiopia grows(it is now in Somaliland for the first time since 1982). It is defientely not in Kenya's or Ethiopia's interest for Somaliland to rejoin with Somalia. One condition will be reclamation of Pan- somalia in the constitution.
