Just because UGUS(Al-Shabaab) are Somali, does that mean all Somalis must targeted?

You completely missed his point which is that not every criminal is Somali and that not all Somalis are criminals.

The Kenyan authority should target a whole community just because there happened to be criminals among them.

Their investigation should be intelligence based to identify criminals rather ethnic profiling.

Why haven't the Kenyan authorities identified three of the attackers of Garrissa University who are believed to be Non-Somali Kenyans?

Yes, Al Shabaab are Somalis, and yes, they are criminals.

I cannot stand when Somalis and some Muslims dance around questions and say criminals are not Muslim or in this case Somali.
Kenya has welcomed Somalis with open hands and hearts after they destroyed their country, and most somalis are grateful for that.

Al though almost all Somali politicians are extremely corrupt, Mr. Nur, I believe is not at least as bad as the ones in Mogadishu.
