topclan @ 5/5/2015 7:00 PM EST  What he is saying is that the closer to the problem and the effects it has on them the more they need to find the solution. Since no one is closer to or more affected by Al-Shabaab attacks than Somalis, the solution lies with Somalis and the US and IC have to work with Somalis if they want peace in East Africa. But if the US and IC's game is they don't care what Kenya and Ethiopia do in Somalia as long as they contain Al-Shabaab, they are making a big mistake. Somalis will not accept such proposition as the reason Al-Shabaab was created was to force out Ethiopia troops in Somalia.
