Secondly Kenya is apart of AMISOM and follows their orders. I agree Kenyas invasion was illegal in the beginning but it is now fully under AMISOM. France and Italy support Kenya in this manufactured dispute because they have oil blocks in Somali waters. It was paid for and submitted on behalf of Somalia by Norway. The fact that it was paid for and submitted by Norway is proof that Somali doesn't have the capability to undertake such a big case. But no one cares about because they want Kenya to annex more Somali territory and its rich natural resource. That one is funny. You believe that this whole event is designed for a permanent occupation of the country by Kenya. As for Norway being deceived this happened in 2006-2007 when Kenya began auctioning the oil blocks. To "prove" Kenya owned the blocks they showed the companies the 2005 law which says the land border continues due east. Somalia objected and told all companies involved Kenya was lying. Since then Norway dropped out of Kenya.     topclan @ 11/14/2014 1:07 PM EST  sonofsomalia Norway is one of the biggest experts in the world on the law of the sea and marine life. Zami doesn't explain how Norway was deceived by Kenya and why they are now supporting, if indeed have switched as it's been claimed? Norway has backed away from its open support of Kenya because the UNMG has accused it of conflict of interest by pretending to help Somalia while supporting Kenya's annexation of Somali territorial waters. There is no maritime dispute, but it was made into one when Somali government took this case to the International Court of Justice. Okay, they want to sue Kenya but why do they have write in the application to the ICJ submitted by Norway on behalf of the permanent TFG that it is a maritime dispute?     topclan @ 11/14/2014 12:45 PM EST  Zami's opinion is based on facts but anyone who differs even a little bit from him is called a conspiracy theorist. Norway is not Somalia's new friend, it has always been our "friend". Norway "SUPPORT" to Somalia started long time ago. Perhaps you don't know but Norway paid for the Embagathi conference in Kenya to build the TNG, which resulted in Abdullahi Yusuf government. Not to mention Norway has been pay for Somali government public servants for the past 7 years. Norway contributed to Speaker Jawari's election, after the previous parliament rejected the botched MOU.   So continue to discount me or making this about me. But please come up with more reasonable facts, then your "Norway is our friend, kenya will lose the case statements". Norway dropped out of Kenya fully when Somalia told them the oil blocks Kenya gave them were in Somali waters. Norway switched to fully supporting and backing Somalia when they found out. Kenya lied and claimed the waters to Norway thats the facts. Norway now is the second biggest donor to Somalia after Turkey. Someone should tell them they will the ICJ, do to several facts. 1) The case was raised to ICJ by Somali government on the behest of Kenya Norway. 2) The actual submission was completed by Norway on behalf of Somalia. 3) Somalia has neither the experts nor funds to support the case. 4) Somali politician and leadership are expert in short term goals and self enrichment. 5) The whole case is designed to give Kenya the legal basis in addition to the military and political influence it currently holds in South Somalia.
