This is political gesture fantasia at its worst. He kbnows fully well taht if DP World or any other company for that matter sigsn deals with Mogadshu it is will not be worth the paper it is written because his Langley-born, Doha-bred 'govt' has no authority outside Villa Somalia. they dont even run that - mercanired African troops run it. So the alternative to DP World dealing with Somalialnd is that port is not developed at all. It dies. Which is what he and the Darodist spawn of the genocidaires ultimately want. The real question is why is Kheyre agreeing with them?
