Zami I'm not an FBI but this is happening everywhere even inside Somalia.
We all need to address this problem and educate our youth that there's no room for violence in religion.

I am sorry, but a 15 year old leaving her family to join a satanic terrorist group is a failure of the family. With terrorism popping up everywhere Somali parents should talk to they're kids and explain to them how these terrorists are the dogs of hell the qur'an warns about.
