Arlaadi3_ @ 2/27/2014 9:11 AM EST  It will be good if they follow the constitution of somalia and how it defines "Af-Somali"(Maay & Maxatir), in the past 60 years of what it meant to be "Somali" to some was if you were not speaking Central & Northern Dialects that you were not speaking "Somali", and therefore are a foreigner on your own land.
