The brainchild of this policy is Abdullahi Yususf and Ethiopians were more than happy to implement it. I urge human rights groups and individuals to keep all records of abuses by the Ethiopian because however long it may take those responsible for the crimes committed against innocent Somali civlians must be pay for their crimes.         Somalipeace10 @ 12/10/2008 2:03 AM EST  Ethiopian troops disciplined? Do not make us laugh,everyone in Somalia where they constantly victimized and brutalized the vulnerable civilian population could easily confirm that Ethiopian troops are the most merceiless, brutal and inhuman soldiers they have ever seen. Ethiopians kill civilian population by thousands, destroyed half of Mogadishu, rap*d women and committed other crim*es.What else can you expect from a brutal dictator, to admit his crimes? According to the dictator, Amnesty international, Human Rights Watch, The United Nations, Local human rights organisations, Somali population are all wrong and the dictator is right, what an incredible propaganda. I hope that the Ethiopian leaders and their military commanders will face justice soon.
