Abdi mashkuur @ 12/5/2016 2:20 PM EST  Wait a minute Djibouti, haven't you recently granted a base for the Us, and another for the Chinese, and another for the Russian, and now for the Saudis? Let me understand, are they trying to convert the country into Trans-national hangers for foreign troops and the Djiboutians as petty army merchants deals with armies, where is the 21st century vision of Dubai-2, and the dream of becoming a gateway and a hub for Africa and the rest of the world. A fresh need for a new blood?
