What the prime minister did was illegal and unconstitutional and that it is the president's job to do a rotation or reshuffle of the cabinet not the prime minister or vice president, and the president did not violate the law.

In Somalia, as shown on forums on this topic is rarely based on issues or facts but on which clan one belongs. Consenses amoung all arms of the goverments which is split amoung all major clans must be reached on all important decisions. It is not right for one individual to single handly make major changes without consultation especially when many people feel such changes to be unneccessary and polorizing.
