If a suicide bomber is involved, then its shabab
If no suicide bomber is involved then its Ethiopia most probably working with SNM renegades.

Somaliland is deeply involved in all terror activities. The leadership of shabab for the past 10 years are all from somaliland.
simple as that.

But one thing will never change: No Arab nor Muslim will ever attack from Somaliland territory. The gratitude we hold for ethiopia is eternal and will live forever more. Etrhiopia literally saved our people in 1988 fro9m genocidal Somalis. That debt is unrepayable and Somaliland will never betray it. Also we despise Egypt who has been trying to destroy from get go. They are our enemies too

Ethiopia lost a great deal of support among Somalilanders in the last two years. Thetwo main things were the empowerment of the thuggish and murderous Liyu Police and unleashing them on Ethiopian civilains with close ethnic links to Somaliland. The second issue is the declaration for the fisrt time by the Ethiopian FM that "we consider somalialnd to be part of Somalia". That really hurt and caused Somalialnders to seek other friends
