I am just warning Daaroods that tehy cannot claim Puntland, part of Central State, all of Jubbaland and still lay claim to Eastern Somaliland. Our objection of Madoobe's rule is  about its legitimacy, Somalis are not against other Somali from different clans living amongst them. No, Ogadedn aren't going anywhere, Jubbaland is a Somali territory and they are free to live and work there. Why are Ogadens collaborating with Ethiopia and Kenya? Killinka Shanaad, NFD and now Jubbaland, something weird is going on between them. They can't fabricate the inhabitants in Jubbaland so using the Ogadens will not work in Somalia as it has in their countries. These administrations exist in name only, so Madoobe and Sakiin can claim their money from the clueless IC. There will always be fight between Somali mercenaries over the IC money, but land and power grab will never work in Somalia. We don't know the demography of each region, so we need a system that can gives everyone equal status until we have a proper census. For me, since these administrations are transitional, why not use the same system used to form the national government for all regional governments? Regional MPs should be selected based on 5 instead of 4.5. For all its faults 4.5 has defused tensions and conflicts between clans. Since Somalia is not made up of six big sub-clans, it is bogus to think that clan federalism will work. Some people have dreamed up Somali federalism to be like this: Somaliland state(Isaaq), Puntland state(Majeerteen), Central State(Habar Gidir), Hiiraan and Middle-Shabeele and Banaadir(Abgaal), South West( Ashraaf/Digil and Mirifle) and Jubbaland(Ogadeen). There are some big warring clan in all these Federal states, but even the small clan will not accept it and will make their own administrations. So why waste time on all the stupid things that will never work. I think it is now clear now that this are been done to make Western nations and other IC countries get sick and tired of Somalia and leave Somalia in the wilderness again. This is the game Ethiopia and Kenya are playing and are helped immensely by corrupt and incompetent Somali leaders. The 4.5 formula. This is a discriminatory formula that is saying some clans are better and more powerful than others....this is the equivilant of the apartheid in S. These so called "presidents" are fracturing the country with they're treason. One is ex al-Shabaab, while the other is a client of Ethiopia. Somalias' current political leadership is mentally ill. They are not qualified to lead. They have been exposed to the Somali people though, we know who these people really are. The positive side to all this is they really have no authority whatsoever. The down side is they go to Kenya & Ethiopia for support, completely undermining the country.
