This was written by someone who heard couple rumours about a particular culture and then..filled in the gaps with educated gusses. actually somalis show huge amount of unexpected kindness towards the weak and disabled. They will look after a compltely vgetative child or elderly to thebest of their ability and will never attach any taboos or stigmas to either disability or natural weakness.
